Some vegetable for glowing skin




1. Potato -  You just need to cut a potato in tow pieces and rub it on your face for 15 minutes. It is an excellent vegetable to treat skin blemishes, whiteheads, boils, pimples and blackheads.


2. Tomato - Take one table spoon tomato juice and mix it with few drops of lime juice and then apply it on the affected area on your skin.


3.Cucumber - Cucumber is very useful to remove black spots under eyes. Take two pieces of cucumber and set it on eyes for 10 minutes.


4. Carrot - To get glowing skin add carrot juice in your daily diet.
